Twin-screw extruders, single-screw and co-extruders

Our single-screw extruders, equipped with screws whose design is constantly updated according to the specific needs of the individual customert, allow to process different thermoplastic materials for the production of technical profiles or pipes (rigid or soft material) in PVC-U, PVC-P, PP, PE, LDPE , PS, PC, PMMA, PA, PVOH and many others.
On the base of the desired model and the specific material processing, these single-screw extruders can be equipped with screws with a minimum diameter of 45 mm up to a maximum of 100 mm achieving productive standards of 300/350 Kg / h output.

Special screws

One of the strehght of Tecno System's extruders is the special geometry or their screws that, specifically designed for the specific materials, allows to optimize the plasticizing precess.

Customization

We are always ready to listen to the customer's needs and do everything to satisfy them. Additional zones of the die, stainless steel and / or ceramic heating system, gravimetric unit and dosers, pressure and temperature probes, single tie rod flanges and much more. We provide our customers with a wide range of accessories with which to customize the extruders according to specific production needs.

DigiTS 4.0

Thanks to the important synergy with Gefran SpA, all our extruders can be enabled to Industry 4.0 standards with appropriate communication protocols such as OPC-UA: real-time information, remote control of the line and hyper-connectivity between the machines themselves. these are just some of the advantages of this innovative approach.
