Extruders:
Single-screw and twin-screw conical extruders for thermoplastic materials (U-PVC, PP, PE, PS, PC, PMMA, etc.).
Coextruders:
Horizontal and vertical co-extruders for different materials with compact design and high productivity.
Calibration Tables:
Our calibration tables are equipped with energy-saving circuits (for water and vacuum) to minimize consumption. Frames are made of painted stainless steel (INOX) with oven-dried paint. Tanks are made of stainless steel, and vacuum pumps are mounted on skid frames with anti-vibration supports for easy maintenance and reduced noise levels. The units can be equipped with either electrical or manual controls. For the calibration stand's tilt, a system can be installed to measure the inclination of the calibration tools relative to the extrusion head. The tables are available in various lengths and can be customized with different numbers of pumps (according to the customer's specific requirements).
Pullers:
We manufacture pullers of various types and sizes for small, medium, and large profiles. Available in roller version (for gutters and downspouts), with tampers or rubberized belts with specific compounds based on customer needs. The contact length varies from a minimum of 300 to 3500 mm. The pulling force and speed are customizable according to customer specifications. We also have standard models in our catalog.
Cutting Machines:
We create inline cutting systems tailored to the customer's specifications. From the classic disc cutter with a pneumatic-driven carriage to the more complex "flying cut" system with axis control (CNC) and Brushless motor. Additionally, we offer a radial hot-blade cutting system (without dust and noise during cutting). The solution can combine both cutting methods into a single unit (combined cutter); in this case, a universal cutting unit for profiles and pipes made of different thermoplastic materials can be installed, with the possibility to add a third cold cutting system (cutter) and also include (OPTIONAL) an integrated unit within the same frame for in-line punching and/or milling synchronized with profile cutting.
